- C6 - Late Happy Hour - Tremblays rally to dethrone Flyers 5-4 in OT for C title
- Down two goals in the third, Tremblays Pub surged to force overtime and then quickly ended it 5-4 to unseat the Flyers from the C League throne. The championship is Tremblays first Long Island Cup in three years and their sixth overall.
Facing a 4-2 deficit middle of the third, Tremblays took advantage of a non-call to generate a turnover and a momentum changing third goal when Casey Tremblay potted one from the slot. Energized, Tremblays ramped up the pressure and Mike Leprine netted the equalizer with three minutes to go. The championship winner came just 35 seconds into sudden death when Kef Louis ripped home a left circle laser. In the win, and throughout the playoffs, Tremblays utilized a balanced offense. Five different players scored in the title game and 11 different players scored in playoffs. Equally important was Tremblays containing the high powered Flyers offense. Leading the defensive effort was C League MVP Eric Sukoff. Tremblays resident, stay-at-home minister of defense fervently patrolled the slot and was consistently stout at the blueline. He spearheaded a defensive effort that, aside from a six minute first period hiccup, limited the Flyers to three goals in the final two playoff matchups.

- D7 - Taking the Short Way Home - GNFD ekes past Bolts 6-5 to claim D1 championship
- D6 - Steppin' Up - GNFD forces decisive game, deny Bolts 6-2
- Scoring four times short-handed, including the gamewinner, GNFD prevailed 6-5 in a wild-n-woolly affair to deny the Bolts Cinderella D1 playoff run. This championship is GNFD'S first in D1 and their second Long Island Cup.
GNFD spotted the Bolts a 2-0 lead before they broke through with three second period goals, two of them a man down. The final stanza saw furious action at both ends as GNFD led by one goal three different times only to see the Bolts come back to tie. The fierce action culminated in a boisterious last four minutes that saw each team have a power play and the winning GNFD tally coming, naturally, down a man. GNFD first jumped back ahead 5-4, four minutes to go, as D1 MVP Spiros Markopoulos feathered a nifty center slot pass buried by Ryan Ciliotta. The Bolts again tied it less than a minute later and seemingly had it set up when GNFD took a tripping penalty with two to go. But, true to form in this wild game, GNFD seized the man disadadvantage. Pressuring the Bolts zone, they forced a turnover that eventually led to a Markopoulos goalmouth putback. Markopoulos, who scored twice in this game, had eight playoff goals.

- E6 - 120 Seconds - Minutemen decisive burst fits E1 Crown 5-2 over Bruisers
- Scoring three times in two minutes, the Minutemen broke open a scoreless tie and skated to a 5-2 E1 championship victory over the Bruisers. This season win is the Minutemen's sixth latest Long Island Cup and defends their Fall 14 E1 championship.
The fateful scoring stretch sprouted late in the first after a Minutemen interference call. Down a man, the Minutemen scored twice in 24 seconds. The first shortie was scored by E1 MVP Dan Zito. Frustrated, the Bruisers quickly took a penalty. The Minutemen wasted no time capitalizing on the ensuing power play scoring a third time when Zito netted his second just 20 seconds into the second period. Shortly thereafter, only two minutes later, the Minutemen punched home a fourth on a Zito breakaway. Zito would later assist on a third period insurance marker. Overall, Zito scored seven goals in the Minutemen's three playoff games.

- EE4 - Raise your Glass - PLT toasts Ice-Dogs 5-3 for E2 title
- Scoring three times in three minutes in the third, PLT stormed past the Ice-Dogs 5-3 to snatch the E2 title. With the win, PLT defended their Spring 14 E2 Championship and won their eighth Long Island Cup.
This title match was pedestrian through much of the first two periods Shots were few and scoring chances fleeting. The game then sparked late second with three goals in three minutes, two in the last minute, and the Ice Dogs emerged up 3-2 end of two. This lead held until six minutes to go when PLT summoned the winning offense burst. While maintaining decisive zone advantage, PLT swarmed the Dogs goal and persisitently banged home the three goals to seize the champioship. Throughput the playoffs, PLT was led by defenseman E2 MVP Anthony Focarle. The two-way backliner scored in each PLT playoff game and, in this title match, had a goal and two assists.

- 3D4 - ZZ Tops - Hosers leg past Crokers 5-2 to wear 3D crown
- Riding the momentum from their stirring earlier playoff comeback win, the Hosers continued their commanding play to deluge the Crokers 5-2 and grab the 3D title. The championship win was the Hosers organization's first Long Island Cup after five years.
The Hosers wasted no time establishing control of this game. Just three minutes in, Eric Kraus kicked off the Hosers scoring and when <3D MVP Brian Maher scored four minutes later, this game was essentially cooked. The Hosers, emboldened by their previous three goal 3rd period comeback, dominated play both ways - inudating the Crokers end and limiting any pressure in their own end. Their decided play advantage yielded three more goals in the second including another by Maher. Maher scored five times in the playoffs, including two apiece in the final two playoffs wins.

- 3E6 - The Electric Ride - High Voltage grab 3E title from Moose in 1-0 whiteknuckler
- In a pulsating back-n-forth 3E championship tilt, High Voltage weathered a furious Moose third period push to thwart the defending champs 1-0. The title victory was High Voltage's second Long Island Cup ending a three year wait.
This taut, intense match saw both squads attacking and defending vigoriously up and down the ice. The only scoring came late in the first, when Demo Maratos potted a putback off an odd man rush. Plenty of action ensued with each team frantically trying to penetrate the opposing goal line. For the first two periods, the action was balanced but the third was dominated by the Moose. They continuously charged the offense end and unleashed 18 third period shots. They were all denied. Equal to the Moose intense pressure was 3E MVP Rob Roth. The indomitable Voltage goaltender, who only yielded three goals from 85 total playoff shots, made several highlight stops including a hold-your-breath denial that saw him rush out to the high slot to snuff the angle with just two seconds remaining.
